Jennifer Padilla serves as the Program Director of Behavioral Health Services at Aldea's Napa clinic. She oversees both mental health and substance use programs, bringing over a decade of experience with the agency. Jennifer is a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a deep commitment to serving diverse populations. She has built strong partnerships with community organizations to address evolving needs and continues to advocate for expanding services to reach those most in need.
