Napa Valley Wellness Conference
The 6th Annual Napa Valley Wellness Conference brings together educators, administrators, practitioners, and student leaders for a comprehensive professional development experience that elevates school-based mental health programs while promoting youth voice. Napa County is known for exceptional youth-driven wellness strategies including wellness centers, universal mental health screenings, school-based community provider services, and work supporting student voice to combat mental health stigmas. Optional add-on tour (March 5th) of Napa Valley Unified School District’s school-based Wellness Centers available to a limited number of participants.• Learn about mental health stigma and best practices to include youth voice in order to increase mental health service usage.
• Hear updates from experts about how to strategically build a sustainable wellness program and maintain school-based wellness programs.
• Learn about best practices addressing racial inequities in school-based mental health programming and racial trauma in students.
• See first hand what mental health hubs look like in action on one of our school site wellness center tours.
• Engage the youth voice through youth-led panels and discussions around mental health stigma reduction, the intersection of mental wellness and racial inequity and other pressing topics facing students.
• Share inspiring time together with like-minded educators, administrators, practitioners, and youth leaders to leave you inspired to lead with love.• Enjoy signature Napa Valley lunches, wellness activities, and a wine reception hosted by the Napa Valley Vintners.
