About me
Rubi Pelayo, LCSW is the Youth Clinical Assistant Program Manager at Mentis. She is responsible for the daily operations of the program, in addition to program implementation and program coordination. Rubi has experience in providing therapy to youth of all ages, from elementary to college aged, in outpatient and school settings. As a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she firmly believes in the importance of culturally competent care to best support families and youth navigate mental health challenges and systems.
