Caretia Silva, LCSW, LSSBB, SEP is a Licensed Clinical Social worker of 20+ years.  She has been with Kaiser Permanente since 2015 as a mental health clinician, performance improvement consultant for care delivery teams and is now a National Senior Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program Consultant. She provides consultation and support to customers and employers to facilitate continuity of mental health care, develop mental health strategy and collaborate to solution complex requests.  Caretia delivers customer and community trainings on topics including prioritizing a psychologically healthy workforce, understanding and effectively utilizing mental health and emotional wellbeing benefits and services, creating inclusive work environments and fostering mental fitness. She is also a practicing mental health clinician.
